The quantity to be bought is expected to be sufficient to protect the country’s entire population, the newspaper said, citing sources close to the French prime minister’s office. Delivery of the vaccines is reportedly scheduled to begin on September 15. France has confirmed 403 cases of H1N1 infection since the influenza outbreak began in April.
